Welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a 7" x 5" mixed media canvas I made as DT post for Itsybitsy. My slow stride in the field of mixed media - a long way to go still. but as my friends had said, the more experiments I do with it the more I am loving it.

Here is a brief pictorial steps on how I created it:
- I applied embossing texture paste using the cobble circle stencil.
- I stuck the chipboard pieces and applied gesso over them.
- I sprayed color sprays and applied gesso on the chipboard pieces to lighten their color as well as priming them for adding acrylic paints.
- I applied acrylic paint Opal Magic yellow from Prima. I applied a bit of gold and purple wax from Viva Decor. I finished by adding flowers, gems and dew drops.
