Molly's Fairy Gift

Hello,

Today I am sharing a card I made using the digital stamp - Molly's Fairy Gift from Conie Fong. This is my DT inspiration project.

I colored the image with Copic makers. I added white dots with a white gel pen for a glittery effect.

I took an A2 card base and layered it with pattern papers and die cuts. I added the image and decorated the panel with my handmade paper flowers.

Enveloped Shaped Mini Album

Hello,

Hope you are keeping safe and healthy. Today I am sharing my DT inspiration post for Mini Album Makers Challenge for June. This time I have made an envelope-shaped mini-album, which is cute, compact, and perfect for gifting.

I decorated the front with fussy cut elements from the paper pack and a few die cuts from Fantasy Dies. I applied a coat of Wink of Stella Clear glitter on the flowers. Here is a closer view

The album measures 7.5 inches x 5.5 inches with a depth of half an in inch. I have used 'Loveland' papers from Scrapboys. The envelope opens and you have two more envelopes on either side.

I added a few flaps on the central part for adding photos. I added a vellum pocket which I embossed with gold embossing powder. It holds a journaling tag and a photo mat.

Here is a walkthrough of the album:

Trifold Folio album

Hello there,

I hope you are staying safe. Here I am with another inspiration for this month's challenge at Mini Album Makers. For this month also I have a trifold album. It is so versatile that you can add few flaps for picture spots and journaling tags and is compact.

The album measures 8" x 5.5". It has a ribbon closure and I have added a cute charm on the ribbon. It is apt as a wedding gift or an anniversary gift. I have used papers from Bob n Betty - Coral Cluster paper pack. I love the big coral colored flowers.

On the inside of the first flap, I have added a die cut of a couple with a heart and a few fussy cut flowers for a 3D effect. I inked the edges of the heart lightly and added some sparkle dust.

Here are a few pics of the inside:

Here is a video of the tifold album:

Hope you liked my project. waiting to see your lovely creations at MAM this month.

Pencil coloring on colored cardstock

Hello,

I have been wanting to try pencil coloring on colored cardstock for a long time. This month's Altenew Challenge inspired me to try on grey colored cardstock. I have used Polychromos from Faber Castell for coloring.

For this card, I have used my all time favorite stamp set from Altenew - 'Magnolias For Her'.

I have used the rough side of the cardstock to get some tooth effect for pencil coloring. I stamped the image Versamark ink and heat embossed with Silver Pearl embossing powder from Ranger. I then colored using the polychromos. The sentiment is from the 'Bejeweled' stamp set. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

To finish it I added a few enamel dots and splatter of white with a
gel pen. I layered the grey card stock with pink cardstock, just peeking out from one side. I then mounted it onto a card base.

Hope you like my card. Till next time - happy crafting and stay safe.

Happy Thoughts card

Hi there,

Today I am sharing a card made with the gorgeous stamp set - Wallpaper art from Altenew. I have colored using polychromos pencils from Faber Castell and I have used Mi-Teintes paper from Canson

I stamped the image using antique linen distress ink and colored it with my polychromos. I added black dots with Copic multiliner to give a splattered look. I added the sentiment from the 'Beautiful Day' stamp set, with archival ink. I layered the paper with green cardstock and mounted on a card base.

Hope you liked my card. Thank you for visiting my blog. Till next time - Stay safe and happy crafting!

Special to Me

Hi!

Today I am sharing a card made using the digital stamp I won at the 'Flower Challenge'. I have used Rachel Vass 'Special to Me' stamp set for today's card.

First I arranged the digital images for a 5 x 7 box in word doc. and printed it grayscale on to watercolor card stock. I have used Arches cold-pressed 300gsm watercolor paper. I then colored the image with Zig color brush pens. I have used different colors since it is spring and nature is a riot with colors.

I colored the background also with gray color and added a splatter of black and white colors. I printed the sentiment on vellum cardstock and folded one end and stuck it on the backside. I trimmed the colored image and layered it with green card stock and then added it to my card base which is 5 x7. I added a few enamel dots to finish the card.

Hope you liked my card.
Till next time - stay home, stay safe and craft more!

DT post for Conie Fong Art

Hello,

Here is my DT inspiration card for Conie Fong, using the 'Flutterby Daisy' image.

I printed the image on 300gsm Bielo Card stock. I love to use this paper for Copic coloring. Neenah Solar white Card stock is also good. I printed from a Canon Pixma G3000 printer. It is an inkjet printer but if you let the print out dry for some time or heat set it, there is no bleeding while using copics.

I colored with Copics and used Faber Castell Polychromos pencil for darker shading.

I layered a card base with pattern paper from my stash and added a few of my handmade foamiran flowers and dies cuts. I added the sentiment on the card and to finish off a few enamel dots and a die cut butterfly. Here are a few more pictures of the card.

Hope you liked my card. Till next time, stay safe and healthy and craft more.
